More about our program
Our days at L.I.D.S. are scheduled through our monthly calendar which is always available for the individuals to check out for themselves so they can anticipate what the day will bring. We incorporate exercise three times a week, whether it be a walk at the park, the Y.M.C.A, or an exercise DVD, easy for all to participate. The health of our clients is important to us. Some examples of fun activities included on our calendar are Bingo, a cookout in the park, and movie days. Our trained staff sets aside time everyday to work with each individual on meeting their person centered goals for the year, as decided through their ISP.
